1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
During peak periods, sales events, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations.
3. Delivery Locations
We deliver to residential, commercial, and P.O. Box addresses throughout Australia.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active within the courier's system.
5. GST
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Shipping charges include GST and will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the courier provider to investigate the issue and assist in resolving the matter promptly.
